two years ago i stopped biting my nails, after doing it since the womb. however i still tear my cuticles apart. any advice to help me stop? any miracle cream or oil? let me know..

People will think she has warts. No she needs a dog shocker coller. Every time we see her doing it, we shock her. I think she'll be cured before we even get it on.
Maybe the thought of people thinking she has warts will work. Kelli is vain. You know, she can't leave the house until her hair is done; she makes sure her shoes match; wouldn't eat veggies when she was little because Grandpa told her it would put hair on her chest. However, if I get to hold the control for the shock collar-I can see that as a win-win situation.
this isn't as exciting as the shocker collar, bt for me to stp biting my nails its just that i want them to look nice, of cours then they get too lon and i try t even them out w/ a file and then they're uneven and i end up chewing them all off so none are uneven.
it's funny kelli, when i saw your blog address on kourtney's blog ithought it said chicpoop well it ws fnny for me probably not funny for you.

I have a new idea. I threatened Kell with it last night. I am going to dip her fingers in cheese. Kelli hates, with a capital DISPISE, cheese. FROMMAGE for the cuticle picker (and biter, I saw her do it.)
I knew she bit them too! Or every time she "picks" at her cuticles we get rid of some of her clothes.
